Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, email lanamiliscrafts@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (item + packaging).
Made to order
All prints are produced on demand, so we don’t accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Damaged, defective or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund after reviewing your photos.
Lost in transit
If your parcel hasn’t arrived and the carrier marks it lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll send a replacement.
Returned to sender / wrong address / unclaimed
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or not being collected, we can resend once a new shipment is arranged; in many cases the product cost is covered and you pay shipping only. We’ll guide you if this happens.
